Delivery

We endeavour to deliver all orders within 3 working days, although some items may have extended lead times. Should you order an item which has an extended lead time, we shall contact you as soon as possible providing when we expect to receive the product, and when it can be shipped to you. Generally speaking, this shall be no longer than 1 week.

Unfortunately, we’re still feeling the effects of COVID on our supply chain and have a number of manufacturers with extensive lead times – naturally this does have an effect on our customers, and we’re trying to reduce this as much as possible. You shall be notified by email when your order is dispatched.

All deliveries will be made by road transport carrier and will require a signature on delivery. Customers should make every effort to be available to receive the delivery as no parcels will be left without a signature. In the event the customer not being available when delivery is attempted, a card will be left detailing the driver’s actions. This may include that your delivery has been taken to a convenient local collection point, left with neighbour, details of how to arrange a redelivery or to collect from the local parcel company depot.
We also offer a pallet delivery service for bulky orders; please ensure you have an appropriate offload facility for the receiving of pallets. There may be a surcharge for bulky orders – we will contact you before despatch of your order.

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.

Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice by Crossling. Crossling reserve the right to contact the customer prior to despatch of goods to inform of a change in the cost of delivery. Our carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We only provide delivery to UK Mainland addresses. Dates stated for delivery are approximate only and Crossling shall not be liable for any delays in delivery howsoever caused.


Returns

We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receipt. If you do this, please contact Crossling on 0191 2654166 quoting your original invoice number to be provided with a Goods Returns note number will then e-mail you a copy and you must enclose with the returned goods.

You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier.
We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and if possible with their original packaging.
Please include a copy of the Goods Return Form, this will help speed up the whole process.
Return address: Crossling LTD, PO Box 5, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE6 5TP We will refund the total cost of the goods. We can arrange uplift of the items at an extra charge. If you wish to return any items not required after 14 days then we will charge a re-stocking fee of 15%.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt on 0191 2654166 or webcontact@crossling.co.uk quoting your original invoice number. We will supply a Goods Return note which must be enclosed with the returned goods.
We will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event your product develops a fault within the warranty period but after our 14 day no quibble return period, and Crossling LTD handles your warranty procedure on your behalf, a handling charge will apply and must be paid by the customer.
