PRESS RELEASE The Newcastle Head Office of Crossling Ltd., the North’s leading Plumbers & Engineers Merchants, together with their tools division Northern Tools & Accessories have been raising funds for this years Children In Need by holding a bad taste clothes day. Crossling Ltd are celebrating 150 years in business and staff have been raising money all year for various charities, today was the turn for Children In Need. Staff throughout the office, showroom and warehouses got in the spirit and dressed up in a selection of bad taste outfits. They managed to raise £350 which has been matched by the company to make a total of £700. Fundraising efforts at the company will continue for another fortnight with the raffle of a Makita Cordless Drill donated by Northern Tools & Accessories. Anyone wanting to take part can enter with a donation at Northern Tools & Accessories showroom on Industry Road (off Benfield Road) Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne.
